My role with Bencom is to provide service and advice to our Group Retirement Plan clients and their plan members.

In today's environment, more attention is being placed on the responsibilities of our clients and plan members.

We review the Plan annually to ensure the plan design is meeting the needs of the client and the members, the pricing of the plan is competitive and the administration is running smoothly.

For Plan Members we offer Enrolment Meetings, annual Lunch and Learns and sessions for those approaching retirement. This ensures that members value the benefit being provided for them.
