Group Renewal and Marketing Co-Ordinator

My role on the Bencom team is to provide customer service to the Group Benefits Department.

I generate renewal reports, evaluate our client's coverage and acquire quotations on various available benefit programs to ensure the best value for our customers.

I have earned my GBA (Group Benefits Associate) designation, and am working towards my CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist).
